Stackstone Cottage ViewStackStone Cottage is built to reflect the colourful
and rich history of Central Otago during the goldrush years

The cottage is self-catering and fully equipped with fridge,
 oven, gas hob, TV, Log burner, outdoor BBQ area,
three bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.

Set high up on the Clyde Terraces,
StackStone Cottage enjoys panoramic views of Clyde
 and the surrounding mountain ranges.

StackStone Cottage is great for a getaway within an hours drive of Queenstown or Wanaka
and is built to reflect the early cob cottages of Central Otago during the goldrush years.

“StackStone Cottage” has three bedrooms:
Two Double and One Twin. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah and both
main bedrooms have panoramic views of Clyde and the surrounding mountains.

The separate lounge area also has French doors opening onto the verandah and outdoor seating area.

Stackstone Cottage Bathroom.The Cottage has two main living areas, the combined dining,
kitchen and lounge area is warmed by a period style wood burner (firewood is supplied)
and has french doors opening onto the verandah with wonderful views of Clyde.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
The bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower.
 Stackstone Cottage is fully equipped and sleeps 2 - 6 people.

  • Please clean the cottage before leaving, so that it is ready for the next guests.

Clyde StreetIndulge yourself in the charm of yesteryear in the historic little goldmining township of Clyde.
Clyde is at the start of the renowned Central Otago Rail Trail. 
Explore the ruins of historic gold mining ghost towns and
early settler relics whilst cycling the rail trial.
For those wanting a holiday of pure indulgence enjoy some of the many wine trails,
wineries and restaurants available in the area.
Or for those seeking more adventure there are an abundance of 4WD tracks, mountain biking trials, walking tracks, fishing and swimming spots in the area.
Clyde is within an hours drive of Queenstown and Wanaka and Mt Cook is not far away via the Lindis Pass.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund will be given up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival LESS a 25% booking fee.
Damages and extra cleaning charges will be charged back to the guest.
