A charming, self-contained, comfortable and spacious cottage located
in the main street of the historic village of Clyde in Central Otago.
Dunstan Cottage is situated on a quarter acre of lawns with well-established gardens and stately trees.
The special character and atmosphere have been retained while providing first class facilities for guests.
 The cottage has been tastefully decorated and the decor and furnishings reflect a bygone era.

Dunstan Cottage is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The cottage is quite spacious with two/three bedrooms and two living rooms.
One bedroom has a double bed; and the other has two single beds.
The sunroom/bedroom includes a single bed.
This room has double glass doors that open onto a deck area leading into a delightful, well-established, private cottage garden.

There are two separate, very comfortable living rooms
that include a TV, and a CD player.
There is a good selection of tapes, CDs, and holiday reading.
The bathroom has an excellent shower over the bath and there is an ample supply of linen.
On those long, balmy summer evenings outdoor dining and
relaxing in the cottage garden is especially appealing.
The cottage can be cosy in winter with a night-store heater, log burner,
and a good supply of dry wood..

Clyde is an historic gold-mining town with interesting examples of early stone buildings,
fascinating museums, and historic walks
 The Clutha river is close by where you can take the scenic riverside walkway towards Alexandra.
There is excellent fishing in the area, and good water sports on Lakes Dunstan, Hawea, and Wanaka.
Other recreation activities include golf, tennis, wine tours, cycle and 4-Wheel-Drive trails, historic gold trails,
and during winter there is great skiing close by at Cardrona, Treble Cone, The Remarkables, and Coronet Peak.
Clyde is surrounded by orchards, vineyards, and more recently, olive groves and
there is a very good choice of casual and quality dining in Clyde.

Nearest Town/Location:
Alexandra and Cromwell.
Queenstown is an hours drive from Clyde.
